How far out can I make a booking, and is there a deposit?
Amber accepts bookings up to 18 months in advance. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. This deposit confirms the booking and will be deducted from the total fee.
What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
If the client chooses to cancel the booking for any reason, Amber will retain the $250 deposit as a cancellation fee.
In the unlikely event that Amber cannot perform due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of all monies paid, including the deposit. Amber will also make every effort to arrange a suitable replacement performer in a similar style.
Will I have to pay a Public Holiday Surcharge?
A 15% surcharge applies to all performances booked on New Zealand public holidays and public holiday weekends.
Can I book Amber outside of Christchurch?

Does Amber charge for travel?
For venues located more than 20km from Spreydon, Christchurch, a travel fee of $1.50 per kilometre will be charged for the distance exceeding 20km.
For weddings located in the North Island, travel fees will be tailored on a case-by-case basis.
